Refund Policy
A cancellation request must be submitted at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery or service time to receive a full refund of your deposit.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service are not eligible for a deposit refund, as we reserve that time slot exclusively for your booking and allocate staff and resources in advance.
No-shows or same-day cancellations are considered non-refundable.
All refund requests must be submitted through our official contact methods found on our website.
